Bold in Blue Themed Wedding at Braxted Park Hotel
This lovely wedding was sent in by Braxted Park Hotel, a wedding venue in Essex. Braxted Park benefits from an idyllic location in the heart of the Essex countryside. Braxted Park as a venue is contemporary with a touch of the old and has a reputation for first class service, versatility and flexibility to meet the requirements of every bride.
Janye and David married on a hot July afternoon at the local parish church of All Saints situated within the estate itself which meant they could hold their entire wedding in one location.
Their theme was bold blue and hot pink. Flower girls wore crisp white dresses with a blue sashes, whilst the adult bridesmaids wore floor length blue gowns. The bride’s dress was strapless with diamanté accents teamed up with a hot pink rose bouquet. After getting her makeup done, Janye rode off to meet her groom in a horse pulled carriage.
Janye and David had a large wedding party which is not a problem for Braxted Park as they can cater for up to 300 guests. At the reception, each table was dressed with ice blue vases and hot pink rose topiaries – even the glasses adhered to the theme – in bold blue glass. After cutting their cake, the couple danced the night away.
N.B. The wedding was photographed by Picture This – one of Kent’s longest established, friendliest and most creative wedding and portrait studios. They have been at the cutting edge of creative photography for over twenty years ago. Over the years the team of two (Dragan and Stephen) have photographed some truly exquisite Weddings throughout the UK and abroad. Blending powerful B&W and vibrant colour photography defines their unique style; a mix of informal and stylized photography to capture those special moments.
I’m getting married here in August! Looks so lovely. Haven’t been to the venue for a while, but these pics are a lovely reminder of why I chose the venue.
You wouldn’t happen to know if this couple used a wedding planner/co-ordinator by any chance? Or have any details of planners familiar with the African/Carribbean wedding scene that cover Essex by any chance? I am really struggling to find anyone that can help me on the day co-ordination.
Thanks!
