On August 5, 2013, I paid for a repair and customs charge for my cake topper that was made me for my wedding by Kylie (cakemates owner).
We are almost coming up on a year for this payment and I have not received my cake topper back yet.
I have emailed ‘cakemates’ numerous times and have yet to hear back from Kylie.
On my wedding day, I was informed by my caterer that my cake topper actually fell apart the day of my wedding (my caterer had to glue our heads back onto the topper). I was highly disappointed in quality and in the fact that this happened.
I am hoping someone can get me in touch with Kylie so that I can get my very expensive cake topper back.
